He was an original member of the Irish rock band The Young Dubliners. In 2020 Bren decided to part ways from the band, in pursuit of a solo career. This is his first album entitled Everything You nEver Wanted. The album contains a mixture of deeply rooted, gritty Americana, timeless rock'n roll, and stripped-down pop, while smacking a bit with a kind of Hibernian melancholy and Irish fighting spirit. Bren has been very lucky to get so many of his super, talented L.A. friends to make Everything You Never Wanted a reality. The album features contributions from Brett Anderson (The Donnas), Cindy Wasserman (Dead Rock West), ace session drummer Dave Raven (Keith Richards, Nellie McKay, John Doe), bassist Jayson Sites (Half Pint Jones),violinist Rachel Grace (Foo Fighters, Usher, Annie Lennox), keyboardist Tim Boland, drummer Ward Poulos, as well as Holmes’ fellow Dublin ex-pat Pat D’Arcy on uilleann pipes, bodhran, and whistles. https://www.facebook.com/brendan.holmes https://www.instagram.com/brenholmesmusic/ **Yelpy |** Born in Dublin city, Ireland, four time Hollywood Music In Media Awards nominee and Europe Music Video Awards winner Irish singer/songwriter Yelpy has just released his long awaited single “Gravity", the follow up to his award winning singles "Heartbeats", "Shout", "Save Me" and "Feel It". This marks his fifth international release and, as he shares, he is excited to finally get it out in the world; "We worked hard on this one, it took a real team effort to get this video out the door, but I'm really proud with how it turned out". The accompanying music video is his most ambitious video yet, starring Yelpy himself and the beautiful & talented actress Ieva Georges. A video of intergalactic proportions, where saturated nebulas and wormholes collide, “Gravity" will leave you in awe of the wonders of the universe. A place where love always finds a way. The music video is an exciting and fitting tribute to an already beautiful and powerful song. **Mairéad** is an artist of integrity, vision and passion, writing, producing and performing big songs that can break your heart wide open. Throughout her successful four decade music career she has had the privilege of sharing tour and festival bills with such legends as Bob Dylan, Sinéad O’Connor and Sarah Mclachlan among many others. Her songs showcase her vocal prowess with soaring melodies and lyrics centred by story, making her performances truly captivating. She has shared the stage with many artists including Brit Award nominee Laura Marling and has toured around the UK, Ireland, Europe and the US. **The Lads**—Jimmy Larkin, John Breen, Jeremy Cohen, and Danny Hannon—blend Dublin roots and Detroit grit into an explosive mix of pop, punk, and traditional Irish sound. Made up of (mostly) Irish expats who bring a little slice of home—and a lot of mischief—to every stage they play. Founded in 2023 by Aoife Corry and Chris O’Connor, what began as a humble acoustic duo has evolved into a full-blown rock band that can rip through reels, belt out ballads, and still play a mean polka right before Shipping Up To Boston.
