Mingle with fellow movie buffs. Test your knowledge of Halloween-season favorites, from thrillers and slasher films to family-friendly classics. Earn a bonus point for your team by dressing for our annual costume contest. Plus, Sean Fennessey from The Big Picture podcast will be back to call a round of trivia. Tickets are $10 for museum members and $20 for member guests, and include complimentary wine, beer, and snacks. Can’t make it? About the game Its creators proudly call the "ultimate game for film nerds, movie geeks, and cinephiles." Since 2019, Cinephile has brought one-of-a-kind live events to the New York Film Festival, Fantastic Fest, Museum of the Moving Image, Alamo Drafthouse, and more. Featuring movie trivia as well as Cinephile favorites like Six Degrees, Filmography, Movie Actor and Inglorious Basterd, the result is a trivia night like no other. About our guest Sean Fennessey is the co-host of The Big Picture podcast, a movie conversation show. He writes the Projections newsletter and was the founding editor-in-chief of The Ringer. He was previously an editor at Grantland, GQ, and Vibe.
