Encounter lush landscapes, rowdy street musicians, and stately aristocrats from a period of Europe’s most expressive art. This display of paintings and sculptures from the collection presents works by eloquent artists active between about 1600 and 1750, such as Rembrandt, De Vries, Gentileschi, Poussin, and others, in dynamic visual dialogue. These highlights are from the East Pavilion building, currently closed for renovation.
