An evening with jazz trumpeter, coronetist, bandleader and composer Bobby Bradford in conversation with Harmony Holiday about his time playing with Ornette Coleman, the Los Angeles jazz scene in the '50s, and the ensemble he's assembling to recreate some of that music in an upcoming residency. This is particularly meaningful as Bradford is one of the many jazz musicians who lost everything in the Altadena fire. The conversation will include music and be followed by a performance featuring Bradford and Vinny Golia.
