Double Wish is the brainchild of Orange County-based multi-instrumentalists Adam Sabolick and Philippe Andre. Their debut self-titled album “Double Wish”, is out August 22 via Hit The North Records. From overblown anthemic synths to melted psychedelic rock, “Double Wish” is a defining statement from the band. Across the previous EP releases, the band has received widespread support from the likes of Stereogum, Paste Magazine, Under the Radar Magazine, FLOOD and Brooklyn Vegan as well as radio support from KEXP and KCRW, performing at venues such as the Lodge Room, Constellation Room, and School Night. supergloom is a Los Angeles based band lead and created by Shane Graham with Drew Aron and Ian Stahl. Their upcoming EP release, “Black Violet”, out September 23rd, combines explosive nu-gaze with dream pop sensibilities, capturing a dreamy headstate fused with heart-pounding guitars and catchy melodies. The band is known for their loud and energetic live shows, with notable mentions from Buzzbands.LA and Grimy Goods as a band to keep an eye on. supergloom has supported The Veldt, Holy Wave, and Vinyl Williams and have performed at Echo Park Rising, Tremolo Festival (Seattle), and the Lodge Room. They have received airplay from KCSN (88.5 FM), KXLU, Z107.7 FM and have been written up by New Noise, Atwood Magazine and Post-Punk. Together, Double Wish and supergloom will host their release shows at The Goldfish in Los Angeles on September 27 with support from Famous Friend.
