Drop in for a self-guided drawing session exploring light, texture, and space at your own pace. Attendees will receive prompts and materials to inspire their work, with guidance from educators from LACMA and AIA Los Angeles. Learn techniques for capturing architectural forms and gain insider insight into how architects approach drawing and observation. Co-presented with AIA Los Angeles. **Mina Chow**, FAIA NCARB, is an award-winning filmmaker, licensed architect, and educator at USC. Her work explores the intersection of design, culture, and identity through film, writing, and teaching. Mina’s 2022 PBS documentary *FACE OF A NATION: What Happened to the World’s Fair?* has screened internationally and featured in *Time *and *Smithsonian Magazine*. She has directed films for the American Institute of Architects, USC, and the U.S. Department of State Expo Unit, and was elevated to the American Institute of Architects College of Fellows in 2021 for her interdisciplinary contributions. This program is free with museum admission.
