In celebration of Nonesuch Records' release of *Heirloom*, a piano concerto composed by **Gabriel Kahane** for his father, Jeffrey, the father-son duo join forces for a singular evening. The two will survey works ranging from J.S. Bach and Samuel Barber to Joni Mitchell and Paul Simon, alongside half a dozen songs by the younger Kahane. The program culminates in the Los Angeles premiere of Final Privacy Song, a setting of a long poem by the acclaimed poet, Matthew Zapruder.
