Spend your Saturday evenings with world-renowned artists performing everything from Indigenous music to the latest sounds from Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Mexico, Peru, and Los Angeles! These free concerts are presented Saturday evenings from Memorial Day weekend in May to Labor Day weekend in September. This week, join us for a concert with Roosevelt El Presidente de la Salsa. Roosevelt Cordova, known worldwide as “El Presidente de la Salsa,” is reigniting the golden era of salsa with his powerful voice, dynamic improvisation, and unmistakable stage presence. Hailed as one of the premier soneros in Los Angeles, Cordova blends old-school authenticity with fresh energy that continues to captivate audiences across Southern California and beyond. Over the years, Cordova has been the lead vocalist for Jonny Polanco y Su Conjunto Amistad, Conjunto Oye, and The Echo Park Project. This Latin Sounds concert will take place earlier than usual, from 4–6 pm, to accommodate [The Art Parade](https://www.lacma.org/artparade).
