In the spirit of art and community found in the exhibition [*Village Square: Gifts of Modern Art from the Pearlman Collection to the Brooklyn Museum, LACMA, and MoMA*](https://www.lacma.org/art/exhibition/village-square-gifts-modern-art-pearlman-collection-brooklyn-museum-lacma-and-moma), chalk artists will recreate a version of Edouard Manet's *Young Woman in a Round Hat* (c. 1877–79) outdoors on LACMA campus. Drop in as the artwork is created live and watch as a 19th-century portrait takes new form.
