LA River freaks unite! On April 19th the dreamers and the schemers once again picnic side by side with a sunset performance from Matthewdavid & Friends. Expect glitched out water songs, Breath of the Wild coded whimsy, a spiritual revelation courtesy of a most wise Arroyo Willow that’s hard not to worship like an ancient deity, and genuinely a really beautiful evening in community. Pull up early to hang out, listen to music outside in the daylight alongside the LA River, watch the herons, read a book, ride a bike, practice your mime’ing, whatever calls you. RSVP for the pin drop (do not just google Glendale Narrows or LA River), or if you’ve joined us on the LA River for previous concerts then you already know where to look. This is a donation-based gathering, open to and for all, and please donate if you’re able. Bring a blanket, snacks, an extra layer, a pup, a friend, and anything you’d like to feel cozy.
