NECOLA (Northeast Chamber Orchestra Los Angeles) is a nonprofit increasing access to the underrepresented art of chamber music and chamber orchestra for musicians and listeners of all stripes, with an emphasis on the music of Schubert, Mozart and Mendelssohn. Through inclusive community ensembles, educational workshops, Schubertiades (salon concerts) and dynamic programming, NECOLA is bringing a fresh approach to timeless music, with a love, enthusiasm and expertise often lost in our modern world.
