Livingston Mathews (Pink Siifu) lost his father, Hardy “Rusty” Matthews III, this past November. Rusty was a devoted father, grandfather, and pillar of his home, and Liv is throwing a benefit show to help support his family house, the heart of his family for generations. The community he's bringing together for this benefit concert is incredible: Qur'an Shaheed, Carlos Niño & Friends, Mickey Maestro & the Homies, V.C.R., Maxo, Josef Leimberg, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Kal Banx, and many more special guests. ∆ A few words from Liv on this benefit: The passing of my father has left an emotional void, but also a heavy financial responsibility. The family home is in need of urgent repairs and restoration in order to remain safe, livable, and in our family’s care. It means everything to me to preserve this home—both as a legacy and as a place where our children can continue to feel their grandfather’s presence.
