### **ABOUT THE FILM:** John Waters’ off-kilter riff on Douglas Sirk was his first film in 35mm and one of his best satires on family values. Waters regular Divine plays Francine Fishpaw, a housewife driven to alcoholism by her philandering husband, promiscuous daughter and foot-fetishist son.
