Human Resources, Los Angeles
Surely, we cannot give over the meaning of a day to the splitting up of time and labor according to the rationalization of managers and their kind. Maybe a day is made in collaborative friction—by children and elders, friends and lovers, at work and at home. In this sense, potential remains unrestrained and indifferent to the clock. The alienated among us may take some refuge in Rainer Werner Fassbinder's television series, *Eight Hours Don’t Make a Day*. Human Resources will have a marathon screening of this series. Come hang—drop in for a few scenes or its entirety. Whatever you do that day, we hope it’s not the kind of work that chops you up into pieces. Stay away from the serious and self-important; it is a Sunday, after all. Add to calendar Google Calendar iCalendar Outlook 365 Outlook Live
