He leads his own trio and collaborates in ensembles like Tone Forest and a quartet with Daniel Rotem, Christian Euman, and Karl McComas-Reichl. Miro has performed and recorded with artists such as Ingrid Jensen, Greg Osby, Walter Smith III, and Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, and is a longtime touring pianist for Grammy-nominated vocalist Karrin Allyson. A graduate of the Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz, he has studied with legends like Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, and Ron Carter, and currently teaches at Occidental College. Originally from Lecce, Italy, bassist Luca Alemanno is recognized as one of the most accomplished and forward-thinking young jazz musicians from his country.
