Weinstein Gallery, Los Angeles

Weinstein Gallery cordially invites you to join us for two special events this week in Los Angeles as we celebrate our debut at the Felix Art Fair with  SEE ME - Unapologetic Voices in Sisterhood, curated by respected LA curator Dominique Clayton, and the corresponding exhibition in our new Fountain Avenue project space.Bringing together 17 contemporary artists—primarily based in Los Angeles—the presentation embodies the gallery’s commitment to celebrating and amplifying voices from its local community while fostering cross-generational dialogue. SEE ME is a dynamic, multidisciplinary exhibition spanning painting, collage, sculpture, conceptual art, and time-based media. The artists represent a broad spectrum of cultural identities, lived experiences, and personal beliefs. Each creates from a deeply individual vantage point, shaped by heritage, memory, community, and self-definition.Together, they ask the viewer to do something both simple and radical: to see them. To see them not as a category, but as individuals. To see their histories, their complexities, their vulnerabilities, their power. In SEE ME, personal narratives remain distinct, yet together they form a collective chorus of visibility, agency, and mutual support. The exhibition reveals how strength emerges not from sameness, but from shared recognition-how women stand beside one another after speaking their truths. SEE ME - Unapologetic Voices in Sisterhood is a testament to the power of women to define themselves-and to the enduring force of sisterhood that sustains them.
