CALIGARI (1920) A hypnotist, a somnambulist, and a string of mysterious murders collide in Robert Wiene’s landmark of German Expressionism. With its wildly distorted sets, painted shadows, and warped sense of space, *The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari* helped establish a visual language that would influence horror and cinema for decades to come. **Presented with a live score.** ### MUSICIANS #### SEAN CIMINO Sean Cimino is a Los Angeles–based artist, composer, songwriter, and producer working with guitar, granular processing, and modular synthesis. His work explores repetition, texture, and atmosphere, treating sound as both a physical and spatial medium. For 14 years, he performed and recorded with Grammy-nominated Foster the People, contributing guitar, synthesizer, and programming across the band’s records from *Torches* through *Paradise State of Mind*, with credits in songwriting and additional production. He is also a co-founder of the post-punk project Peel, whose music has appeared in Céline campaigns, HBO’s *I Love LA*, and EA Sports FIFA. #### ADAM TAYLOR Adam Taylor is the twice Emmy-nominated composer of *The Handmaid’s Tale* (Hulu), *The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina* (Netflix), *Black Cake* (Hulu), *The Right Stuff* (Disney+ produced by Leonardo DiCaprio), and critically acclaimed films including *Before I Fall*, *Riff Raff* starring Bill Murray, and *August Osage County*. He is currently scoring *The Testaments* for Hulu, and will start the upcoming season, and is currently completing the second season of *Presumed Innocent* (Apple).
